Kate Middleton has been admired worldwide for her beauty, simplicity and regal stance. However, a latest news report claimed that the Duchess' looks may not be all natural.

According to rumors, Kate Middleton has allegedly underwent plastic surgery.

Apparently, the royal family's alleged plastic surgeon, who calls himself "Dr. X," is preparing to dish out the dirt on the cosmetic surgeries the royals have had over the years through a tell-all book. And this purportedly includes Kate Middleton's nose lift.

"The Duchess of Cambridge has had two rhinoplasty surgeries," a source reportedly told OK! Magazine.

"The first was a graduation present to herself in 2005, and it wasn't Dr. X' work. It was off kilter with the rest of her face so adjustments were made in 2011 that made a real difference to her face," the source claimed.

Kate Middleton's nose lift may have surprised a lot of royal fans, but it's old news according to source.

The latest news about royal plastic surgeries is purportedly Kate's breast lift - which she got to make her breasts firmer before she had two kids.

Apparently, the royal family is allegedly doing everything in its power to stop the publication of Dr. X's book.

"We're not exactly shocked that Kate Middleton has had work done, actually we would be shocked if she hadn't had any work done," Celeb Dirty Laundry wrote.

The article added, "What bothers us is that she is not open about the work and the royal family is trying to hide it. What about all of the women and young girls that look up to the future Queen - and are trying to duplicate her not-so-natural looks?"

The report suggested that Kate Middleton may not be the only member of the royal family who has allegedly gone under the knife and employed Dr X's services to improve their looks.

After all, it wouldn't be surprising that the royal family feels the pressure to always look their best because they're under the scrutiny of the media and the public at all times.
