Miley Cyrus hit the Hollywood Boulevard as an undercover news reporter on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to get the scoop on what real Americans think about her. The "I Witness News" bit by Miley Cyrus on Jimmy Kimmel Live had the potential to "go all bad" since Jimmy feared the outspoken singer could run into true haters on the street.

Miley disguised herself as an Australian reporter "Janet." Even after being confronted by "true haters," Miley did not lose her accent or her humor. An interviewee blasted the entire Cyrus family and suggested, "I think she's starving for attention and that's why she's doing it all crazy like that. She's missing something somewhere," the Rolling Stone shared.

The ambivalence continued when she came across a man who said, he liked Taylor Swift over Miley Cyrus.

She also interviewed another woman who said, "I think she lost her mind in the Hollywood madness," reported the Rolling Stones.

She also bumped into two teens, who sang the chorus of "We Can't Stop" and wanted to Janet to do an a quick-twerk on the street. The "Miley Cyrus on Jimmy Kimmel" act ended when a man went straight up to Janet and said, "I think you're Miley Cyrus right now."

Wednesday night, Miley appeared shirtless on Jimmy Kimmel Live! The 22-year old star wore a dazzling rainbow jacket with a matched sequin skirt and a pair of heart-shaped pasties over her bare breast.

Talk show host Jimmy himself needed a moment to get over the sartorial shock.

"I'm a little cold. I should've worn a shirt," Miley said while she sat next to Kimmel. Jimmy replied that he felt embarrassed after Miley had raised her arms to expose her pasties.

During "Miley Cyrus on Jimmy Kimmel Live!" session Jimmy asked her, what her father Billy Ray Cyrus would think about her antics. "My dad doesn't know how to turn on the TV," she answered. "He'd rather have me (be a) good person than rather have my shirt on and be a ****," Rolling Stone said.
