Jamie Dornan reportedly could not shed off the notoriety of her Christian Grey persona that "Fifty Shades of Grey" fans are following him around.
Now they can at least make believe they are Anastasia Steele as Jamie Dornan is putting on market his cottage for $550,000, according to the reports.
"The actor, famed for his role in Fifty Shades of Grey, is trying to shift the Grade II listed property located just a mile from Prince Charles' Highgrove mansion," said Daily Mirror. "Estate agents Knight Frank are listing the property - based in the heart of the unspoilt and desirable village of Westonbirt - and locals reckon it will garner a lot of viewings."
Daily Mail noted that Jamie Dornan's cottage would be "the perfect family pad thanks to its homely decor and sprawling garden with stunning views of the English countryside."
"Prospective buyers will be swayed by the authentic period features including wooden beams, low ceilings and open fireplaces," it added.
Jamie Dornan, meanwhile, will reprise his role as Christian Grey in the sequel "Fifty Shades Darker." Dakota Johnson is also on board as Anastasia Steele.
The 33-year-old actor has never been comfortable with his skyrocketing fame as a result of "Fifty Shades of Grey," but he has a way of keeping his privacy and that's to keep away from the social media sites.
"The fame doesn't feel that palpable until you're online," he told Herald. "So I'm actively trying to avoid social media at the moment because it suddenly just feels real - that there are all these people who are interested in what you're doing."
Despite the huge box-office success of "Fifty Shades of Grey," Jamie Dornan said that he still manages to live a private life with wife Amelia and their baby daughter.
Talking about the fame, the man who plays Christian Grey said, "In our every day lives it doesn't seem to have a huge affect. I mean, we live a pretty quiet life - my wife [Amelia] and I and our baby - and we're not massively aware of it."
He added, "We just go about our day, we're not chased down the street or anything. People whisper here and there, but it's not out of control at the moment I'm pleased to say."
