Ryan Reynolds may have to get used to the idea of being called "mama" by her daughter from now on. The "Deadpool" star relayed to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show" that baby James is already saying her first words.

"She's saying mama," he said.

"My wife doesn't realize though that she calls me mama, too," Ryan Reynolds added, referring to wife Blake Lively.

"I had to literally sit [James] down and tell her penises don't work that way...she understands," he quipped joked. "She gets it."

In an interview with GQ magazine, the "Deadpool" actor said that he's a very hands-on dad and is not averse to let Blake Lively sleep through most of the night.

"I have no problem waking up five times in the middle of the night and changing diapers, and as exhausted as you get, I have this stupid grin on my face all the time," he said.

"[It's] not because I have a nanny or something like that. It's just us right now, and I love it," Ryan Reynolds added.

On being a father to baby James, he gushed, "I like it: I mean that in the heaviest context. I genuinely like it. I like being a father. I like having a daughter. I would like to have more kids. It seems to suit me pretty well."

However, in the same interview, Ryan Reynolds claimed that his best friend whom he knew for most of his life tried to sell photos of baby James to the paparazzi.

"A guy that I'd known for my whole life, one of my closest friends growing up, he had been shopping pictures of my baby around," he said. "I kind of got in front of it, which is good. But it was a slightly dark period. A bad couple of weeks."

It's not clear, however, if Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively forgave the childhood friend for trying to hawk the photo of baby James.
