The renowned rapper Azealia Banks calls a flight attendant a homophobic slur after getting into an altercation with fellow passengers, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
Banks who was flying from Los Angeles to New York on Delta flight, Tuesday early morning got annoyed with a couple trying to retrieve their baggage from the overhead locker. She reportedly got into a quarrel as they blocked her way to the front door, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
Azealia Banks Quarrels With A French Man
According to a passenger who was seated next to Banks, the 24-year-old rapper who seated in 6A rushed to the front door as soon as the plane landed in the airport at about 1 a.m. Meanwhile, a French couple from row 3 pulling their bags from the overhead locker blocked Banks' way to the exit door.
When Banks tried to pass the couple squeezing them the French man reportedly put his hand out. Annoyed of this incident Banks is said to have spat on his face, punched him and grabbed his shirt. The flight attendant who came to resolve this issue tried to get the bag from Banks in an effort to calm her down. In the wake of the attendant pulling Banks' bag she lost her balance and fell onto a seat, reported TMZ.

The video filmed of this incidents starts at this point which shows Banks' tug of war with the flight attendant over the bag and eventually calling him a "f***ing faggot" - a homophobic slur. The source also told that when the co-pilot came in and told her that he had called the police she fled the plane however dropping her mobile phone.
Meanwhile Banks defended herself through tweets that "I am bisexual. my brother is trans. My employees are all gay men. . Nothing else to say." She also added that "Cause yall KNOW, that they would've politely handed a white woman her bags and a spritzer."
