Nick Gordon was snapped in Florida looking glum amid reports that his arrest over the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown is imminent.
"Under the threat of a $40 million wrongful death civil lawsuit and with the criminal investigation into Bobbi Kristina's death ongoing, this is the first time that Gordon has been seen since his visit to his late girlfriend's graveside six weeks ago," said Daily Mail.
Nick Gordon's visit to the grave was later deemed to be a PR stunt after photos were published by the National Enquirer.
"Sources close to Gordon further alleged that he had been paid $40,000 for the Bobbi Kristina graveside photoshoot, and claimed that Nick Gordon badly needed the money for his legal defense fund," said Starcasm.
To date, no arrest warrant has been issued against Nick Gordon in connection to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.
The prosecutors, however, amended the civil lawsuit to include wrongful death.
Daily Mail claimed to have talked to Florida police personnel who climaed that the arrest of Nick Gordon would come any day now.
"In all likelihood it would be Seminole County that would make the arrest and when there's a question of it coming from another state ... it's highly unlikely they'd trust him to turn himself in," the source claimed. "It would be a minimum of two cars sent and more if they thought there was any question of him resisting."
If the arrest warrant is issued, "it would be a minimum of two cars" that would be sent by the police to take him in.
"And they wouldn't just let him walk in and walk out - he would have to be processed through court and bailed or spend a night in the cells if it happened too late in the day for the court to sit," the source added.
Nick Gordon, through his lawyers, repeatedly denied that he had a hand in the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown.
