It may have been three years since Russell Brand and Katy Perry split after a year of being husband and wife, but it seems that there might some bad blood between the ex-couple.
According to a report, Katy Perry may have been allegedly depicted in a bad light in a documentary about Russell Brand entitled "Brand: A Second Coming," directed by Ondi Timoner.
"She comes across as a childish, selfish and brainless sex kitten for Russell's pleasure. She even utters a crude line about her private parts," a source reportedly told In Touch Magazine, as quoted by Celeb Dirty Laundry.
Is Katy Perry deeply offended with how she was depicted in Russell Brand's documentary? Is the "California Girls" singer seeking revenge over losing face because of the movie?
Katy is yet to comment about the matter. Some speculate that the singer might not be taking any action about Brand's documentary because she might not even care what his ex-husband says or thinks about her.
"Russell's documentary could be just payback to his ex-wife, after all Katy Perry did include some pretty intense clips of him in her 2012 documentary film while they were in the midst of their breakup and divorce," CDL reported.
"Regardless, both Katy and Russell could take legal action against each other to have the footage removed from their films - but neither have done so. Either the films don't bother them half as much as the media has built them up to, or the former married couple enjoys playing an immature game of tit for tat with each other"
Earlier this year, the "Teenage Dream" singer has admitted that she and her ex-husband have not talked to each other after their split.
"He hasn't spoken to me since he texted me saying he was filing for divorce," Katy told Daily Telegraph in May, as quoted by Daily Mail.
