Samsung S7 is ready to hit the markets in February 2016 with new features that are already being worked upon by the experts. One of the most rumored Samsung S7 specification release is that the new Samsung S7 will have holographic display. The company has recently applied for patent for holographic display which might be seen in its upcoming series, revealed Galaxy6Samsung.com.
However, most experts anticipate that users may have to wait till MWC 2016 next year for full featured release of Samsung S7 model, its specifications. Samsung makes its annual launch once in a year and since it has launched Samsung Galaxy S6 this year in April, it is most widely expected that it may launch its S7 model at MWC 2016, the smartphone- and tablet-focused tech show in Barcelona, said PC Advisor UK.
Apart from the latest patent-pending technology of holographic display, the new Samsung S7 specification release also carries numerous features such as 30 MP camera, super amoled display, waterproof technology, 5G network connection, super fast wifi to enhance connectivity to the Internet and infrared sensors that will be able to read the body temperature and give an accurate and efficient measure. The model is expected to be priced at $999 in the US.
The South Korean tech giant will apparently release two versions of the Samsung Galaxy S7. The model number SM-G930 and SM-G935, said SamMobile. The former model is expected to be a flat screen while the latter may have dual curved screen like their predecessors S6 and S6 Edge. Both phones have been referred to as Hero and Hero2 respectively during their project stage. The entire project of S7 has been internally classified as "Project Lucky," said International Business Times.
Android Marshmallow 6 release for Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S5, S6 Edge, Note 5 and Note 4 is also one of the most widely anticipated features slated for launch in December 2015. Samsung has so far kept officially on the subject but the company is rumored to be preparing for a "major update," said Latino Post.
