"Outlander" season 2 production has already begun and fans are eagerly waiting to see what happens to their favourite stars in the second season. Meanwhile the lead actors are rumoured to be breaking up on Twitter.
"Outlander" season 2 based on Diana Gabaldon's second book, "Dragonfly in Amber" will have the lead actors struggling with their own lives. The emotional plot will have Jamie played by Sam Heughan struggling over the traumatic rape incident unveiled in the last episode of Outlander season 1.
Meanwhile Caitriona Balfe who plays Claire will be having hard time dealing with her pregnancy and Jamie, who is psychologically disturbed following the rape incident. However the story will be seen taking place in France and not in Scotland, according to Reality Today.
Meanwhile Heughan posted on Twitter about his break up with Balfe: "Divorce. No more 'Outlander.'" But before coming to a conclusion it would be nice to review the circumstance that led Heughan declare so.
Heughan had challenged earlier in Twitter asking Colin O'Donoghue to share a video of him wearing a kilt. O'Donoghue who accepted his challenge uploaded a video which was favorited by Balfe. She also wrote that O'Donoghue wore kilt better than his co-star Heughan.
"Think u you wear it even better than @SamHeughan??" Balfe wrote on Twitter with hashtags "sorry hubby" and "walking away quickly" and a bomb emoticon. But Balfe changed her stand as soon as Heughan reacted with "divorce" thunderbolt.
"But no-one looks as good out of a kilt as you... anybetter?" wrote Balfe with "oohdembuns" hashtag in an effort to please his co-star and more appropriately with a kiss emoticon.
Therefore it is certain that Balfe is not going to give up on Heughan even on Twitter and therefore no way in "Outlander" season 2. However it is just couple of months away to find out what happens to Claire's and Jamie's relationship in reality.
