It's Switch-up week on "Dancing With The Stars" Season 21 and Paula Deen was not a happy camper when she found out she was paired with Mark Ballas this week on Dancing with the Stars. But, Paula's "Dancing With The Stars" "switch-up performance" with Mark Ballas turned out just fine for the duo on competition day with guest judge Maxim Chernovskiy saying he'd like to see more jive dancing from Deen, reported Celebrity Laundry.

"Oh, Mark. Oh no," the celebrity chef expressed her disdain at thought of switching dance partners and dancing with Mark Ballas. The DWTS dancer said in a preview clip from People magazine .

"You're not going to be able to take me ... you're so edgy." Deen, 68, told Ballas, 29. She said she was afraid of Ballas rookie skills and was unsure if the younger dancer had the "patience" to work with Mark Ballas, who is her designated new partner during Switch-Up Week, People magazine said.

"Girl, I've got patience tattooed on my wrist," Ballas was quoted as saying in the People magazine report. He had showed Deen the tattoo to encourage her about partnering with him on "Dancing With the Stars," Season 21. But she didn't appear to be convinced.

Deen usually partners with Louis Van Amstel and she is just not sure Ballas can collaborate with her.

Even after he picked her up and turned Deen upside down, just like he would do with other partners, she is uncertain the accomplished DWTS dance pro can teach her something new and prize-worthy in just one week.

"He might need to go get the other arm tattooed with 'more patience,' " she joked in the online report. Deen was referring to the Mark Ballas' tattoo on his arm which said "patience."

The DWTS Season 21 began in September after announcing a star-studded cast. The official list of dancers on "Dancing With The Stars" was released on the talk-show, "Good Morning America"

The reality dance TV show "Dancing With The Star"s airs Mondays at 8 p.m. (ET) on ABC.
