Pippa Middleton was snapped walking on London without makeup and looking quite haggard, which prompted the tabloids to speculate whether the breakup with boyfriend Nico Jackson is staking a toll on her.

Kate Middleton's sister was seen stepping out of the South Kensington Club, a gym she frequents for a workout session.

"Troubled, careworn and without a hint of make-up, Pippa Middleton had heartbreak written across her face last week, a lonely figure pacing the streets of London," Daily Mail said.

"Yet the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister was so distracted that - as our pictures reveal - she managed to drive through a red light later that same evening," it added.

On Sept. 21, People published a photo of Pippa Middleton still very much happy in the arms of boyfriend Nico Jackson stepping out of the Violet Hill Studios in London. She was giggling while he drew her towards him to kiss her temple.

"It was the first time the twosome had been spotted together since the spring. In April, they enjoyed a romantic getaway to Venice, just before the May 2 birth of Pippa's niece Princess Charlotte," it said.

Weeks later, the breakup reports hit the press.

"Now everything has changed. At 32, Pippa finds herself without an established career, without a property of her own, and now without a boyfriend," Daily Mail added. "Leaving some to wonder if she will ever escape the shadow of elder sister Kate, whose young family is never out of the news."

According to the British tabloid, the decision to end the relationship was a mutual one from Pippa Middleton and boyfriend Nico Jackson. But the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge actually hoped that he would propose to her when she suggested they take a break. Unfortunately, he agreed to the breakup.

Pippa Middleton was actually snapped in separate occasions with ex-boyfriends Alex Loudon and James Matthews looking very happy prior to the breakup reports.
