Is Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom getting back together? What will happen now to James Harden?

According to the report from Hollywood Life, the former couple has been saying sweet-nothings to each other after the basketball player woke up from coma.

"When Lamar first woke up from his coma, Khloe told him she loved him, according to reports, and Lamar even responded to his ex-wife's expression of love," it said. "With Lamar's condition still in question, the two seem to be in a more emotional place than ever.

Lamar Odom's basketball coach, Jim Harrick, also recounted how Khloe Kardashian has told her ex-husband she loves him.

"She reached down and said, 'you know I love you' and he kind of nodded," Harrick told USA Today. "Three or four days after being scared to death and fearing the worst, that is a little hope, a little progress. She texted me that (information)."

It seems Lamar Odom will pull through after waking up from coma.

JaNean Mercer, his aunt, released a statement which read, "As Lamar begins a new chapter in his road to recovery, PLEASE continue to uplift him and the family in prayer. He continues to make miraculous progress, taking a few steps in Los Angeles. We couldn't be more overjoyed! We realize Lamar's continued improvement will not be easy, however his unrelenting strength and faith in GOD will pull him through."

But where does James Harden figure in all of what's happening between Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian?

Houston Rockets superstar James Harden is playing the supportive boyfriend to Khloe Kardashian as she rushed to Lamar Odom's side during his coma.

"He is so nice and being as supportive as humanly possible given the situation," an insider told People magazine.

"Lamar essentially has zero consistent family other than the Kardashians, and James understands that. The last thing he would want to do would be to add more stress to her plate," the insider added.
