"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador has moved on in the wake of her husband David's affair as the two are very much together and in fact, celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary.
This season of "RHOC" will give fans a peak into the whole controversy, and the reality star wrote on her blog that they prepared themselves for when the episode where the affair is revealed airs.
"I talked about the affair on the show as we were filming and understand that everyone was about to hear our story as soon as the show started. I get it," she wrote on the Bravo TV website.
"But at this point, David and I had kept everything to ourselves. We knew the "reveal" was coming when the show aired months later, and we were slowly preparing ourselves emotionally for what was to come."
"We certainly weren't expecting for it to be discussed at a baptism party," she added.
"It has been a very emotional season for me," Shannon Beador continued. "Most of my relationships have drastically changed. The most important transformation has been that of my marriage. I am so happy that you get to see David and I smile in this episode because we do a lot of that together today. Through forgiveness, effort, and commitment, my marriage is in the best place it has ever been in the 15 years we have been married."
"RHOC" star Shannon Beador and her husband David were also guests on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" where they talked about the eight-month-long affair. As it turns out, Heather Dubrow knew about the affair but she didn't' say anything to anybody.
"It's the ultimate girl code," Shannon Beador said. "She kept it to herself. And I am very appreciative of that. When you have information like that, especially in our small town, you can really hurt people."
David Beador also revealed that he really believed that he was in love with his mistress at one point. Good thing that he came back to the "RHOC" star and their three daughters, and that Shannon Beador forgave him after the affair.
