The novel "The Royal We" which is to an extent based on the real life story of Kate Middleton and Prince William is widely rumoured to be made into a Hollywood movie.

The famous novel written by Heather Cocks and Jessica Morgan, of website "Go Fug Yourself," is a fictional version of the love story of the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge. The lovely couple got married in 2011 after a couple of years of dedicated love for each other. It happened for the first time in centuries' long history of Britain, the heir of the throne tying knot with a non-aristocrat bride.

Kate Middleton And Prince William To Be portrayed As Rebecca Porter And Prince Nicholas On The Big Screen

As reported by Parade, the movie will figure Middleton as an American commoner called Rebecca Porter (Bex) who shifts to England to study in the Oxford University. There she meets Princess Nicholas, who is supposed to be the future heir to the throne, and starts dating him. Similar to Prince William, Prince Nicholas is portrayed as military person with a media loved mother and a redheaded brother, Freddie.

As in the novel, the plot of the movie revolves around the real life saga of the couple. It starts with college romance, to evenings spent together in London, and then comes a short-lived separation, eventually leading to the royal nuptial.

According to Realty Today, Cocks said "It truly isn't Wills and Kate. Yes, it was an idea borne of watching their seemingly courtship in the media, but through Bex's eyes we had the freedom we needed to imagine all the potential behind-the-scenes emotions and conflicts of that love story," as reported in People Magazine.
