Bow Wow and Erica Mena have been giving mixed messages following the rumors of their breakup. The former "Love & Hip Hop New York" star continues to be mum on the real status of their relationship although her answers to fan questions on Twitter have been contradicting, at best.

In one moment, Erica Mena appeared to be fine following the rumors of the breakup when she even managed to crack a joke at the question why she doesn't post anything about Bow Wow anymore on her Instagram. The "Love & Hip Hop New York" star quipped, "Why? He post on his IG everyday. You can see him on his page," followed by three laughing emojis.

Another fan posted the question, "how r u enjoying the married life?? And will u return to t.v??"

To which she replied, "Life is good indeed."

And on Oct. 18, formere "Love & Hip Hop New York" star Erica Mena retweeted the post by fiancé Bow Wow promoting an episode of "CSI: Cyber" RT America please tune in to heart touching episode of @CSICyber tonight at 10pm l est on CBS! #Stoppolicebrutality."

Meanwhile, Bow Wow appears to have taken a snipe at Erica Mena in an Instagram post where he showed a wad of cash and posed the question, "What would you prefer. The love or the money?"

But then on Facebook, Bow Wow shared a photo of him hugging the "Love & Hip Hop New York" star from behind, which he captioned, "Chilling staying out the way. Thats how its pose to be."

The rumors about Erica Mena and Bow Wow's breakup have been circulating in the tabloids for the past couple of weeks now.

The former "Love & Hip Hop New York" star posted a note on her Instagram which read, "I've got a bad habit of becoming infatuated with a person's potential. I get so intrigued by what they initially show me that I begin to imagine all the greatness that could come from it. Never once stopping to think that, sometimes, people don't live up to their potential."
