"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fame Kendall and Kylie Jenner were allegedly sued for copying Island Company's trademarked logo.

The Island Company which was founded in 2002 has sued the two famous sisters for copying their phrase "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return," that the company has been using since 2005, according to Mail Online.

The Island Company's claim that PacSun has made T-shirts within Kendall and Kylie Jenner's clothing line with wordings similar to that of the Island Company's long used phrase. The company noted that "Run away. Fall in love. Never return," used in the Jenner sister's clothing line are likely to cause confusion among customers.

The Island Company which is a renowned brand with celebrities like Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and Cameron Diaz favouring it, has asked PacSun and Kendall and Kylie Jenner to remove the specific T-shirts from their clothing line.

"[The phrase is] likely to cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade among consumers, the public and the trade as to whether defendants' products or services are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by plaintiff," noted the Island Company in their lawsuit, reported Vanity Fair.

Inspired by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe that create their own clothing line, "The Kardashian Kollection" Kendall and Kylie Jenner teamed up with PacSun to design their clothes themselves.

"We've always been very involved in fashion," said Kendell Jenner earlier this month while speaking in an interview with PacSun. "I think seeing our sisters do their clothing line was very inspiring. We kind of saw their whole process and we wanted to try it out, and when the opportunity came with PacSun, we just jumped on it," she added.

However, PacSun and Jenner sisters are yet to address the claim and the lawsuit.
