Blac Chyna's new "Future" tattoo got mocked by readers of news sites that reported about the new ink. However, the "Just Like Bruddas" rapper reportedly defended his new girlfriend's "gesture of commitment."
According to a report from Rap-Up, the 27-year-old starlet posted an Instagram photo of the freshly-inked body art on Monday. Blac Chyna's new tattoo read "Future" in cursive and is placed on the side of her right hand.
"Thought it was a drought," she captioned the Instagram shot, in reference to Future's "DS2" track.
The report pointed out how Blac Chyna's new ink was revealed on the same day as the birthday of R&B diva Ciara, Future's ex-fiance and mother of his one-year-old son, Future Wilburn Zahir.
Sources close to the new couple claim that Future is happy with Blac Chyna's tattoo of his name.
Per TMZ, the dreadlocked rapper sees it as a "very real, very permanent gesture of commitment."
However, readers in the article's comments section were quick to scoff at the tattoo of Tyga's former girlfriend. Blac Chyna and the "Rack City" rapper broke up soon after she gave birth to their son, two-year-old King Cairo.
Tyga is currently in a highly publicized relationship with 18-year-old reality star Kylie Jenner.
Readers pointed out how it was not wise for Blac Chyna to get a tattoo of Future's name since they have only been dating for just a few weeks.
"Haven't you learned anything?" one commenter wrote. "Your baby daddy left you for a 16-year-old and now you're trying to make it work with a man that cheated on his pregnant fiancé. You have to be kidding me."
Another reader warned Blac Chyna about dating Future, who got dumped by Ciara amid cheating allegations. The rapper also fathered four children with different women.
"Future isn't gonna wife her," the reader wrote. "He'll probably mess around with her for a little minute but that's it."
"Women like Blac Chyna aren't very smart. Any male attention they're jumping on it. It's sad," the reader added.
Some also joked about how Blac Chyna will most likely end up erasing the said body art.
"That tat is gonna hurt like a mother when one of them kicks the other to the curb and she has it lasered off," a follower said.
Eventhough people have been mocking her new tattoo, an insider shared that Blac Chyna allegedly has no regrets about it.
"She lives by the motto 'It's my body and I can do what I want with it,'" the insider shared.
