Demi Lovato announced her tour with Nick Jonas. According to a report from People, the duo even pulled off a surprise show at New York City to promote the concert series.

The former "Camp Rock" co-stars surprised their fans on Monday by holding an unannounced mini concert at New York music venue Irving Plaza.

The surprise show is said to be a preview of Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato's upcoming tour "Future Now: The Tour."

Nick Jonas was first to perform. One-third of the Jonas Brothers, the 23-year-old heartthrob sang hits such as "Chains," "Levels" and "Jealous."

Nick Jonas ended his set by introducing Demi Lovato, who performed "Cool For the Summer," "For You," and current single "Confident."

The former Disney stars both took to social media to thank those who were present at the surprise show.

"Great night with @NickJonas announcing the #FutureNowTour," Demi Lovato caption an Instagram photo from the mini concert.

Nick Jonas shared a similar snapshot on his Instagram page. "Thank you New York!" he wrote alongside the image.

Prior to news about Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato's upcoming tour, the latter made news recently because of her nude pictorial for Vanity Fair. According to the feature, 23-year-old singer and actress agreed to the risqué pictorial with specific instructions to not have her images photoshopped.

Demi Lovato also explained that she was motivated to go sexy for Vanity Fair to promote her "Confident" album's message.

"I'm about to launch an album that finally represents who I truly am," she said.

"How do I embrace this new chapter in my life? How do I really walk the walk? What does it mean to be confident? It means letting go, being authentic, saying I don't give a f*** and this is who I am."

"I want to show the side of me that's real, that's liberated, that's free," Demi Lovato added.
