Gwen Stefani, "The Voice" Coach who recently split up with her husband Gavin Rossdale revealed that she concentrates more on spiritual fitness than physical fitness these days.
Stefani who has had a painful separation from her husband is working on her spiritual wellbeing than her physical appearance. Stefani and Rossdale parted their ways from each other after 13 years of togetherness which is undoubtedly a traumatic experience for the singer, according to Belfast Telegraph.

"I haven't really been working on my physical appearance. I've been working on my spiritual exercising. And really trying to connect and be grateful, considerate, being present and living in the moment, and so that's where I've put a lot of my exercise right now," Stefani told Eonline, when she was asked how she stays in shape.

Stefani share three children with her husband Rossdale, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months. After her split the 46-year-old singer released her new album "Used to Love You," which dubbed her present life situation however she denied that the tracks have nothing to do with her personal life.
"It's funny when people try to go deeper into a song that's already like so spilling my guts. Like what else can I say? You know what I mean?" she joked. "It's like... I've never put music out in real time where I'm really going through stuff right....I only wrote that song a few weeks ago," Stefani noted, reported US Magazine.
Meanwhile, Blake Shelton who is another coach on "The Voice" set is said to be lifting Stefani's spirits from her heart breaking divorce using his amazing sense of humour. The two voice coaches who are separated from their respective partners quite some time ago is said to have bonded with each other over the split.
