There have been rumors that the royal family isn't very fond of Carole Middleton.

And now, there are speculations that the members of the British Monarchy have grown less fond of Kate Middleton's mother over the bad publicity that she has been involved in these last couple of days.

According to news reports, Carole Middleton's company, Party Pieces, is allegedly selling "sexualized" Halloween costumes for kids for kids as young as 10.

The line of Halloween costumes that included sexy mini-skirts, lacey gloves, and towering heels alarmed many critics.

"This kind of merchandise is another contribution to the sexualisation and commercialisation of childhood," Claude Knights, chief executive of child protection charity Kidscape said, as quoted by Daily Mail in a news report.

"This does cause concern, as younger girls have no real comprehension of the messages that they are sending out when they wear age inappropriate clothing," Knights added, pertaining to the costumes sold by Carole Middleton's company.

Party Pieces is yet to issue a statement about the matter.

But one thing may be clear - this incident and PR failure hasn't put Carole Middleton in Queen Elizabeth's list of most favorite people.

Previous reports claimed that Queen Elizabeth allegedly doesn't approve of Carole Middleton's alleged meddling in Kate and Prince William's Household.

The Queen also purportedly doesn't appreciate the Middletons purportedly having a bigger role in raising Prince George and Princess Charlotte compared to the royal side of the family.

"Queen Elizabeth despises Kate Middleton's commoner family," Celeb Dirty Laundry previously wrote. "And the Duchess herself isn't at the top of her list of favorite people these days - no one is really surprised that the Queen ditched the birthday party to prove a point.

"But, regardless of what her point was - it's still sad that George couldn't be with his great grandmother on his birthday because she is embroiled in a petty feud."
