Tori Spelling and her kids seem to be standing by Dean McDermott amid rumors about his lack of child support.
According to a report from Daily Mail, the controversial couple showed a united front when they stepped out with their four children last weekend for the LA premiere of the "Peanuts Movie."
What surprised the media was how Tori Spelling and her kids were even accompanied by Dean McDermott's teenage son, Jack McDermott. The 17-year-old is Dean McDermott's son with his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace.
The public outing of Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling with their kids and Jack McDermott came amid accusations that their patriarch is not providing for his first family.
According to a report from Radar Online, Dean McDermott allegedly owes Mary Jo Eustace child support and alimony payments amounting to $45,000.
"Dean hasn't paid a dime since February," an insider claimed.
"Dean owes it to Jack, but he says he's flat broke and just doesn't have the money."
Some speculate that Dean McDermott's inability to provide for Mary Jo Eustace is caused by his rumored financial troubles with Tori Spelling.
Per a previous report from OK! Magazine, the former "Beverly Hills 90210" star is allegedly overspending amid her husband's problems with money.
While Dean McDermott has allegedly been trying to follow a strict budget to manage their expenses, the daughter of late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling is supposedly not ready to give up her old spending habits.
"Dean's been trying to get the family back on track, but Tori just refuses to quit her pampering ways," an insider alleged.
"For Tori, Mommy's needs come first."
The monetary woes of Dean McDermott is also said to be the reason why he had to move Tori Spelling and their kids to a smaller house.
"They are having money problems," an insider explained. "This is why they moved and downsized."
