Coldplay Back With Seventh Album: A Head Full Of Dreams; Release Sensational First Single 'Adventure of A Lifetime'

"Coldplay", a British rock band, revealed that the release date of their seventh album" A Head Full of Dreams" will be December 4, 2015, on BBC Radio 1 Breakfast show. The band also released their first single "Adventure of a Lifetime" from the album on the show just to give a sneak peek to their fans.

The band was formed in 1996 by lead vocalist Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland. The other two members of the band are Guy Berryman as bass guitarist and Will Champion as the drummer, backing vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist.

According to The Wall Street Journal, "Coldplay" lead singer, Chris Martin, had revealed during an interview with BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowye that the new album might be the their last release and that the band will surely promote the new album, "A Head Full of Dreams" by going on a tour early next year unlike their last album "Ghost Stories" which was the fourth best-selling record of 2014 worldwide, selling 3.7 million copies in total, for which "Coldplay" didn't tour places but did only few promotional show.

Chris Martin, 38, said that all the members of the band wanted the album to finish anyhow by the year end so that they can move on with the world tour for the album's promotional activities. The album is recorded in Los Angeles, Malibu and London and will feature guest appearances from Beyonce, Noel Gallagher, Swedish singer, Tove Lo and gospel singer, Merry Clayton. The album has been created with Coldplay's long term collaborator, Rik Simpson and production duo, Stargate.

Forbes quoted that the new single, "Adventures of a Lifetime", is a sensational song, full of beats and heavy on guitars which is in contrast to their other songs like "A Sky Full of Stars" which is the electronic dance track which topped the charts in 2014. The rock band, "Coldplay", is hoping that their upcoming album will break all records and turn out to be successful.
