Kate Upton revealed how she maintains her hot body with her regularly exercise regimen. The "Sexiest Woman Alive" also said that she wants to be strong than skinny.
The 23-year-old Sports Illustrated supermodel told Hello magazine that she prefers being called curvy than being one of the skinny models.
"I do love that 'strong not skinny' is a movement now," the hot supermodel Kate Upton said.
"When I first started out, it was just 'skinny, skinny, skinny.' And I want to be strong because I'm working 12-hour days and I want to do it with energy and happiness and I want to go out with my friends and enjoy my life."
"The Other Woman" actress revealed that she does a variety of fitness activities four times a week for strength training and cardio.
Kate Upton does light weight, lengthening body weight, yoga, and boxing.
Just recently, Kate Upton was photographed going out of her gym in Los Angeles after a grueling gym session. Her trainer was even photographed looking at the occasional actress' prized derriere while the hot supermodel was busy doing squats.
However, "The Layover" star also confessed that she hates looking at herself in the mirror when she is in the gym, Celebuzz said.
"I hate it but when you're weight training you have to do it to make sure you're doing the move properly. It's so awkward though."
Dubbed as the "Sexiest Woman Alive" for 2014, Kate Upton has already bagged numerous brand ambassadorships, which include Bobbi Brown and hit video game "Game of War: Fire Age."
Aside from modeling, Kate Upton juggles her career in acting as she is currently filming her fourth movie offering entitled "The Layover" with co-star Alexandra Daddario.
