"X Factor" UK judge Rita Ora nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction when she attended Bambi Awards in a cleavage-baring gown. The singer and actress, meanwhile, looked unaffected amid the ratings problems of the reality talent show.

The 24-year-old British singer and actress grabbed the spotlight at the red carpet of Berlin's Bambi Awards in a glitzy Marchessa ball gown that revealed some major cleavage, Mirror UK said in a report.

The "I Will Never Let You Down" hit maker sizzled in a dress that featured a big skirt with metallic embroidery details at the 67th annual awards held at Stage Theater in Berlin, Germany.

The "X Factor" UK judge Rita Ora also looked hot with her batwing sleeves that featured silver embellishments as she opted to have a sleek back hairstyle for her blond locks.

The "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast member added glitz to her shimmering ensemble with a few bangles and a pair of large earrings.

The "Poison" singer performed at the Bambi Awards where she was also hailed with the title "International Musician."

Rita Ora spent the night away from the Judges' House, amid rumors that the talent show is facing some problems regarding their ratings.

This came after "X Factor" UK judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora, and Nick Grimshaw had to select their top three acts for the upcoming live show.

ITV entertainment chief Elaine Bedell said that this has been "a failure" as ratings slipped to a low of 5.6 million, Express UK reported.

"We embarked on this series wanting some changes - this is one of the issues with long-running shows - you look to them constantly to think how they can be kept on their toes," she told the Broadcast Commissioning Forum. "Possibly with The X Factor we went too far with the mix of live TV in the judges' houses episode."

However, the head said that though they felt it was not successful, they are now back in the live shows that they "know and love."
