Nicole Kidman might join Gal Gadot and Chris Pine for the much-anticipated live-action movie,"Wonder Woman," which will come after the Amazon princess will be introduced in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" next year.

But The Wrap reported that Nicole Kidman has not signed on for the film just yet because of her busy schedule.

"While Kidman's potential role has yet to be confirmed, the Queen of the Amazons in the 'Wonder Woman' comics is Hyppolyta, who also happens to be Diana Prince's biological mother - though it's unclear whether the film will remain faithful to that storyline," it said.

However, Keith Urban's wife is busy filming and producing the HBO series, "Big Little Lies."

Deadline describes "Big Little Lies" as "a subversive comedy which tells the tale of three mothers of kindergartners whose apparently perfect lives unravel to the point of murder."

While it's not clear if Nicole Kidman can clear her schedule to join Gal Gadot and Chris Pine for "Wonder Woman," French actor Saïd Taghmaoui is confirmed to be playing a friend of pilot Steve Trevor, the love interest of Diana Prince.

"Taghmaoui was photographed on set in World War I-era garb with Chris Pine, who co-stars as Wonder Woman's love interest Steve Trevor," the report said.

Previously, it was reported that Eva Green and Sean Bean will be joining the cast as the main villains in "Wonder Woman" live action movie.

According to Umberto Gonzales of Heroic Hollywood, Sean Bean will reportedly play Ares the God of War while Eva Green will play the role of Circe Sorceress.

Ares has always been depicted as a troublemaker in DC universe. Circe, meanwhile, is also an immortal who happens to hate Wonder Woman very much.

Gal Gadot's "Wonder Woman" live-action movie is scheduled to hit the theaters on June 23, 2017. But fans can watch the Israeli beauty on "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" in the summer of 2016.
