Discount chains Target and Wal-mart have kicked off the 2015 Black Friday frenzy by offering attractive deals to US consumers.
Target, for instance, is offering free gift cards for Apple products like the iPad and the Apple Watch, apart from across-the-board discounts on gadgets.
Customers who purchase an iPad Air, with prices starting at $499, can avail of the $150 gift card from Target. An iPad Mini which retails at around $399 can win customers a $100 gift card.
"Target is offering a $250 store gift card for installment plan buyers, while contract purchasers who select the 16 GB or 64 GB versions of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus receive $50 off the price of either," said Tech Times. "Best Buy brings up the rear with a $200 gift card, but only if the buyer trades in an iPhone 5 or later model."
In terms of good Black Friday 2015 deals for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, however, Wal-Mart apparently has the jump on the competition including Target.
"Walmart has a great deal because it's not only on Apple's new handsets, but any iPhone in stock, in any storage configuration. Customers purchasing a new iPhone on either of the Verizon or AT&T network installment plans will receive a $100 bill credit along with a $100 store gift card," said the article.
Target, Wal-Mart and Best Buy have also started to release their ads for Black Friday 2015 deals.
"Target released its 2015 Black Friday ad on Monday. The store will open its doors at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving," 5News Online reported.
"Some of the best deals include a 55-inch Westinghouse LED TV for $249.99 (Reg. $599.99), a free $150 Target Gift Card with purchase of an Apple iPad Air 2, and a Nikon CoolPix camera for $99.99 (Reg. $229.99)," it added.
