While actor Cha Seong Won's Son, Cha Noah, is accused of smoking marihuana and confinement and sexual harassment of a minor, the victim's side announced they have received a contact from Cha Seong Won's side asking to compromise.

According to SBS 'One Night TV Entertainment' which was aired in the afternoon of October 2, 2013, Park Ei Su, a manager at the law firm which represents the victim's side on this case, announced that he received a call from Cha Seong Won's manager suggesting to sign the compromise agreement a day after the complaint was filed.

Park said, "I told him, 'If you were a parent of a daughter, would you agree to compromise a day after the complaint was filed?' and have not heard back from them since then."

Cha Noah's legal counseling team commented on 'One Night TV Entertainment' that there wasn't anything they could disclose at the moment.
