The English television presenter, Oliver "Olly" Murs disclosed the reason why his X-Factor co-host, Caroline Flack and he will never sleep with each other. According to Olly, getting romantically involved will get things awkward between the two and ruin their good friendship.

Olly Murs, 31, explained that he and Caroline Flack are more like brother and sister.

''If it didn't happen three or four years ago then it isn't going to happen now. To be honest, it would mess everything up," said Murs. ''Say me and Caroline slept with each other, then we had an argument but still had to work together. How would that work? There'd be friction. We'd lose that flirtatious thing, that chemistry,'' added Murs.

''We're both quite flirtatious people and yes, we flirt with each other, but that's part of the act, isn't it? But we're mates" revealed Murs to the Daily Mail's Weekend magazine, reported TV3.

"Me and Olly have a lovely relationship. It's a weird chemistry. We have the innate understanding of one another," said Caroline Flack about her relationship with Olly Murs to You Magazine. "And yet we don't not fancy each other," she added, according to Mirror.

Recently, Murs' had a live gaffe on the show during the exit of Monica Michaels. By mistake, he revealed that contestant was given a blow from the show when in reality; judges' votes had resulted in a deadlock. Murs received negative comments on his phone for the goof up and he smashed his phone in response.

One of the judges at the show "X-Factor," Simon Cowell, had reportedly banned Olly Murs and Caroline Flack from checking their mobiles while hosting the show, so that they do not get affected and distracted by the comments they receive.

According to Cowell, reading negative feedback does not do any good. It just distracts and makes the presenters more nervous. Cowell wants Flack and Murs to perform well and boost their confidence.
