Ciara and Russell Wilson stepped out amid negative reports that their high-profile relationship is affecting the NFL player's performance in recent games.
A report from Christian Post detailed how the two showed a united front when they visited the Seattle Children's Hospital together earlier this week.
The "I Bet" diva even shared a video of their visit on her Instagram page. The clip showed Ciara and Russell Wilson singing a Spanish Christmas song with one of the young cancer patients.
"@DangeRussWilson and I singing 'Feliz Navidad' with this sweet angel Louis," the R&B singer wrote alongside her post. "His little whisper is so cute. #HappyHolidays #GivingTuesday #WeWantToWishYouAMerryChtistmas."
The Seattle Seahawks star also documented their visit via a post on his Instagram page, where he encouraged his followers to donate to cancer research.
"Feliz Navidad! Quiero desearles una Feliz Navidad con Louis y @Ciara!" Russell Wilson wrote. "Donate to StrongAgainstCancer.org to help more kids!"
According to Russell Wilson's blog on the website of the Seattle Children's Hospital, the famous quarterback sets apart a day every week to volunteer at the Seattle Children's Hospital.
"Sunday is game day for me, but my best day is Tuesday when I visit Seattle Children's," he said.
"All the amazing opportunities I've had on the field can't compare to helping kids whose lives are on the line."
"I believe God has put me on this Earth to serve others. That's why there's nothing more fulfilling than walking into a child's hospital room and finding out how they're doing - listening to their stories," he added.
The celebrity couple's visit at the Seattle Children's Hospital came amid accusations that Ciara has been making Russell Wilson lose his focus on football. Fans and several football insiders have shared insights about this theory, specifically how the famous quarterback's performance started dwindling ever since he started dating the sexy songstress earlier this year.
Seattle PI reported about how Russell Wilson brushed off allegations that he is not prioritizing his NFL career because of Ciara.
"People want to make it into something else, but for me I love the game of football," he said.
"Nothing's changed. We just need to find ways to win."
