"Shahs of Sunset" star Jessica Parido celebrated her birthday in the arms of her alleged new boyfriend, identified as Karlen Shubaralyan, as Mike Shouhed wished his ex-wife the best despite the planned restraining order.

In an Instagram post three days ago, Jessica Parido can be seen hugging a hulk of a man inside a club. She wrote, "Happy birthday to me."

In another post, Jessica Parido again shared a photo of her rumored boyfriend while wearing a pair of Sergio Rossi sandals. She wrote, "All black everything (emoji) #thecrew #miaminights dress: @glamenvy shoes: @sergiorossiofficial."

One of her followers commented, "His expression and body language shows how PROUD he is to be YOUR man #timetobetreatedlikeaQUEEN #andNOTHINGless hope youre having the time of your life this bday weekend!!"

The boyfriend photos came on the heels of the report that Jessica Parido planned to file a restraining order against ex-husband, "Shahs of Sunset's" Mike Shouhed.

"He keeps showing up at my work and has been bothering my business partner, trying to get my new phone number," she told In Touch Weekly.

The magazine also claimed to have talked to a source who alleged that Mike Shouhed's plan to stalk Jessica Parido after their divorce backfired.

"He thinks if he keeps pushing her, she'll give in - so she's planning to file for a restraining order," the source claimed. "Mike won't leave Jessica alone,"

The divorce was prompted by Mike Shouhed's alleged cheating.

"I really thought I knew him - we were together for five years before we wed. Now divorce is my only option. I need to start putting my life back together," Jessica Parido said. "Mike is remorseful. He wants me back but that will never happen."

To date, "Shahs of Sunset" star Jessica Parido has yet to issue a statement on her rumored boyfriend after the divorce from Mike Shouhed.
