It seems the whole world knew about Ray J and Princess Love's engagement even before his family did.
When Brandy Norwood dropped by "The Wendy Williams Show," per Fashion Style, she talked about being in the dark regarding the engagement of her baby brother to the "Love & Hip Hop" reality star.
"They are really engaged and I told him I was coming here. I didn't know, like I'm really mad about that," she said. "How do you not tell you sister you're engaged?. I called him yesterday and said, Wendy's going to ask me if you're engaged or not and I need to know and he said yea, tell her I'm engaged."
Apparently, as Brandy revealed, Ray J also didn't tell their parents about the engagement to Princess Love.
Princess Love earlier talked about the engagement during an interview for VH1, as shared by ENStarz.
"When Ray proposed to me it was very personal. It was something that was supposed to be between us. He didn't get down on one knee. We were in bed together he said, 'I wanna take it to the next level,'" she recounted.
When she asked him what's stopping him, Ray J revealed that he was waiting to buy the "perfect ring" before proposing and getting engaged. When Princess Love assured her fiancé that it wasn't necessary, he asked her right then to marry him.
"He's gonna get me a bigger ring. But for now, this is my ring and I love it. It came from the heart," she said.
"I'm ready to be Mrs. Norwood. It's about time. I put in a lot of work with this man. It's all coming together. I don't wanna reveal too much, but stay tuned," the "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star added.
In the recent episode of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Ray J asked Princess Love to move on with him and she agrees on one condition: her name should be in the property documents.
