On Dec. 5, the day Kim K Kanye West baby boy was born, there was no name for their second child. Apparently, the singer and reality TV star forgot about a name in the midst of a complicated pregnancy. As an update to a Kdramastars report, Kim K Kanye West Baby Boy 'Saint West.' Royals Kate Middleton And Prince Williams Call Proud Parents, the Daily Mail said that the couple has decided to go without a middle name.

This comes as no surprise since Saint's older sister goes by the name, North West. Both offspring of Kim K and Kanye West will have "nmi," aka "no middle name" in the place of a middle name. Analysts, however, say that there is an advantage to having a middle name since it makes a name stand out among kids of other famous people.

Kim K and Kayne West baby boy's name Saint West is special enough, said the stars. They thought North West was a special name because it points to the "highest direction," North and the duo it has given their daughter a special lift.

In the same way, "Saint" refers to "highest power," which was required to survive the delivery. Kim Kardashian said the procedure was more painful than childbirth. The doctors had to switch the baby's head in the correct position to perform a natural delivery. They were also prepared to do a C-section, said Kim.

A possible middle name moniker was supposed to be Robert, a name after Kim Kardashian's late father. However, they went against the strategy in the last minute.
