Jenelle Evans' ex-husband has been sentenced to prison, said a report from Radar Online. The "Teen Mom" star's former spouse, Courtland Rogers, could reportedly stay in jail for up to 36 months following his November 2015 arrest for heroin possession.
The 29-year-old was arrested last month in Brunswick County, North Carolina and eventually plead guilty to all charges.
A spokesperson for Brunswick County Jail shared that the court has yet to determine if Jenelle Evans' ex-husband will be transferred to another federal prison. He was previously locked up in North Carolina's Neuse Correctional Institution for assault and drug-related charges.
Courtland Rogers' drug use was exposed in 2014 when a controversial video showed him injecting himself with heroin.
"I did relapse, see all my track marks," he bragged in the clip.
In Touch Weekly also reported about the former TV personality's jail sentence, which is also supposedly due to him "being a habitual felon."
Jenelle Evans and his ex-husband divorced in June 2014 after being married for 18 months. The two were even about to have a baby together until Jenelle Evans suffered a miscarriage while she was seven weeks pregnant.
Jenelle Evans recently shared to GlamMir how she has moved on from her past relationships. After her turbulent marriage to Courtland Rogers and her ongoing feud with another ex-beau, Nathan Griffith, the 23-year-old said that she is now very happy with her new boyfriend, David Eason.
"I haven't been this happy in a while," Jenelle Evans said.
"We really have not had one argument at all. He really knows how to handle me when I get in my moods, when I'm irritable or have anxiety."
The mom of four-year-old Jace and one-year-old Kaiser claimed that she is now more careful because of her failed relationships.
"I don't get to know people before I date them," she admitted. "And I just jump into the relationship."
