Houston Rockets are off to a shaky start despite two superstars in Dwight Howard and James Harden, and the Phoenix Suns are stuck in rut. This is the reason why the two teams found themselves in the middle of NBA trade rumors this 2015.

A forum on Real GM suggested an overhaul of the two teams to get them over the hump in the competitive Western Conference.

According to the proposed NBA trade rumor this 2015, the deal won't happen without the participation of another team, which in this hypothetical scenario, involves the Boston Celtics. In the proposal, the Celtics will get Dwight Howard and P.J. Tucker, the Houston Rockets will get Eric Bledsoe, Tyson Chandler and Markieff Morris, while the Phoenix Suns will get Ty Lawson and David Lee, along with their expiring contracts, with about five first rounders from the Rockets and Celtics.

Meanwhile, DeMar DeRozan will be involved in multiple NBA trade rumors this 2015 especially since he's going to be a free agent next season, which means the Toronto Raptors might not get anything when he walks out.

The 6-7 guard for the Toronto Raptors is averaging17.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists this season on 33.7 minutes per game.

Tristan Thompson, meanwhile, signed a five-year contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers for $82 million.

"At $16.4 million annually, it will make Thompson the sixth-highest-paid power forward in the NBA and equal the contract signed by Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green over the summer," said ESPN.

But the holdout this past season reportedly created a lot of bad blood between Tristan Thompson and the Cleveland Cavaliers, as the forward missed the preseason and training camp.

Tristan Thompson is averaging 7 points, 9.7 rebounds and 0.5 blocks this season.

Watch out for more NBA trade rumors this 2015 which will be published here when they come along.
