The play "Alone In Love" press conference took place in Daehak-ro Freedom Theater in Jong-ro, Seoul last week. Produce Kim Tae Hyung and actors Hwang In Young, Shin Eun Jin, Kim Jae Bum, Jo Young Gyu, Lee Shin Sung, and Son Ji Yoon performed highlights of the play, followed up with a questions and answers session.
Play "Alone In Love" is a remake of a drama of a same name with Kam Woo Sung and Son Ye Jin, which is originally based on a Japanese novel. It was made a play in 2011, epitomizing "one source multi use."
Actress Shin Eun Jin said, "Actors don't play their original image. I increased the commitment to the character because Shim Eun Jin's appearance could hinder the audience." She added, "I read the script prior to being exposed to the original novel or the drama. I cried so much. I got in a trouble for crying so much because I had to film a drama that evening."
She said "yes" to the production team because she felt strong eagerness for the character. She later said, "Every time I finish performing the play, I want to have a drink. This play reminds me of my old love."
