Kim Kardashian is reportedly keen on getting a lipo, as well as embarking on a strict diet, to get off the post-baby weight and make sure she looks on future pics.

The "KUWTK" star just gave birth earlier this month but reports claimed that she already shed off nearly 20 pounds of her post-baby weight.

Heat magazine, according to the Irish Independent, claimed that Kim Kardashian already has a gameplan on how to handle her post-baby body pics.

"Kim's already put a plan in place," the alleged insider claimed. "She's on the Atkins, but this time with more scientific portion control, starting with 1,200 calories a day for the first month, then reducing it to 1,000 calories a day by the second month and 900 a day by the third month."

But Radar Online claimed that Kim Kardashian is actually going to a more extreme measure to shed off the post-baby weight and make sure she looks good on the paparazzi pics.

"Kim has undergone cool sculpting because she said that she needs to look super-hot for New Year's," the insider said. "Kim would totally get liposuction, but Kanye would lose it because he is very against that specific procedure for his wife."

"The fact that Kim said that she has lost 17 pounds already is really alarming to the rest of her family because she is sending the wrong message to her fans," the source said.

Reportedly, the surgical procedure didn't have the permision of Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, since the rapper and music producer lost her mother in 2007 to a routine breast augmentation surgery.

But Kim Kardashian couldn't be denied in her desire to look good in any paparazzi pics or in her selfies, that is why she's pushing through with her gameplan to shed off the post-baby weight after giving birth to Saint.
