"Remember" recorded its highest ratings to date, as the series delivered the first romantic kiss scene between Yoo Seung Ho and Park Min Young.

According to Nielsen Korea, the SBS series recorded 18 percent in nationwide viewership with its 16th episode.

"I'll become your memory for you," said Park Min Young, in an endearing statement which prompted the first kiss of "Remember."

The episode opened with an embarrassing court moment for Seo Jin Woo (Yoo Seung Ho), who experienced increased symptoms of early onset Alzheimer's.

He struggled to recall details necessary for the trial while attempting to defend Park Dong Ho (Park Seung Woong) for a murder that he did not commit.

While he was able to effectively win the case and secure the release of Dong Ho, his disability was revealed to Gyu Man (Nam Goong Min) was experienced a downward spiral, as his anger management issues became readily apparent.

Nam Yeo Kyung (Jung Hye Song) was dismissed by her father and Gyu from her home to pursue her dreams of becoming a painter in Paris, as the conglomerate leaders realized that her job as a prosecutor was increasingly under fire.

Lee In Ah (Park Min Young) and Jin Woo shared an endearing kiss before she was reappointed as a prosecutor.

The episode ended with a thrilling cliff-hanger, as Jin Woo released video footage where Gyu Man confessed to committing murder.

KBS2's period drama, "The Merchant Gaekju 2015," recorded 11.1 percent. This was an increase of 0.7 percent from the previous episode.

Meanwhile, MBC's romantic comedy, "One More Happy Ending," recorded 6.3 percent. The love lines within the series continued to escalate with as Jang Nara began to draw closer to Jung Kyung Ho.
