According to Ku Hye Sun, she found a photo of Ahn Jae Hyun eating a late-night snack with an actress wearing a gown inside a hotel. She found it in her husband's computer and said she will use it in the court as evidence.

Ku Hye Sun finally expressed her thoughts on Dispatch's report on their text messages.

Ku Hye Sun said, "The result of Dispatch's forensics? I am a person who changed cellphones three times this year. The correct reason for divorce is Ahn Jae Hyun's extramarital affair."

She said that there were rumors that he is dating the actress in his recent drama. She had a troubled heart when deciding to believe her husband's stance or not. She was heartbroken because instead of replying to her messages and calling her, she heard rumors about Ahn Jae Hyun exchanging messages on Kakao with this actress. She said she felt betrayed and needed more time to think about her feelings.

Recently, Ku Hye Sun talked about cat custody and the rules that Ahn Jae Hyun should follow. He is now filming the MBC drama "People With Flaws" which is set to premiere on November.

Oh Yeon Seo's agency gave a statement because Oh Yeon Seo was speculated to be the one Ahn Jae Hyun is having affair with.

They denied the rumor about Ahn Jae Hyun dating the actress that he is working within the drama. They are planning of taking legal action against Ku Hye Sun, for spreading lies on her social media as severe defamation.

They said that Ku Hye Sun is violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

They agreed to take legal actions because they knew Oh Yeon Seo still doing her best for the drama, despite the miseries she is experiencing.
