The SBS's upcoming sci-fi fantasy, Fri-Sat drama 'Alice' will be working of Kim Hee Sun and Joo Won.

"Alice" is a story about loss and reunion. Two people got separated due to death only to reunite later by defeating the momentum that governs time and space. It is a Science fiction drama series that will spark interest among its viewers.

In the show, Joo Won will play Park Jin Kyum, a detective who was born without the ability to have feelings. He will be the first person to meet "Alice." The existence of "Alice" will bring great difficulties and turmoil in Jin Kyum's life. However, amidst these troubles, he will meet a woman who died a long time ago named Yoon Tae Yi.

Kim Hee Sun has taken on the role of Yoon Tae Yi, a genius physicist who holds the key to uncovering the secrets of time travel. After encountering Park Jin Kyum who argues that they met by fate, Yoon Tae Yi joins him in uncovering the secrets. In the process, she discovers her secrets. The member of the K-Pop girl group MOMOLAND, Yeonwoo was confirmed to play her younger sister in the drama.

The production company the story of drama works stated, "The drama 'Alice' is a new genre that incorporates science fiction with human melodrama. It's like a fusion series featuring bits and pieces of various genres. It has aspects of comedy, humanism, and melodrama which all runs within a science fiction plot." They continued, "WIth an almost perfect script and talented actors to represent the characters, this drama will be presented in a way wherein viewers can relate to it. We ask for your support."

The drama has concluded its first script reading and is preparing to begin filming. It will premier in 2020 on SBS.
