Admittedly, it would be fun that K-dramas would go beyond their lead couple and their sub couple for the whole show. But don't you think bromances keep the drama going, too? Here are several epic bromances in scenes where the chemistry between actors have been made!
1. Kim Shin and Wang Yeo from "Goblin"
Both of them were admired as the best rivals for one minute. The Goblin, played by Gong Yoo, and the Grim Reaper, played by Lee Dong Wook, were trying their best to beat each other for their respective leading ladies, then they're consoling and offering each other advice, but can be seen that they will never be on the same page at all. This epic ill-fated yet humrous relationship started way back tons of generations, and their interactions were just so good to watch along the Goblin's bride Ji Eun Tak, the character of Kim Go Eun, and Sunny, played by Yoo In Na.
2. Kim Tan and Choi Young Do from "The Heirs"
The used-to-be best friends turned into bitter enemies because of a colossal misunderstanding. Kim Tan, Lee Min Ho's character, comes back to Korea after being exiled to the U.S., and Choi Young Do, Kim Woo Bin's character, begins picking on Cha Eun Sang, Park Shin Hye's character, which irritates Kim Tan. Tension ensues when Young Do also falls in love with their female lead. It plainly showed in the drama that these two have done their best to compete against each other.
3. Cha Do Hyun and Oh Ri Ohn from "Kill Me, Heal Me"
Cha Do Hyun, Ji Sung's role, was assigned to have played a character as a third-generation business heir who developed a dissociative identity disorder or may be called as a personality disorder after he had gone through such traumatic experience from the past. He tries to regain control over his life with the secret help of Oh Ri Jin, Hwang Jung Eum's role, which is a first-year psychiatric resident, which made them fall in love with each other. However, Cha Do Hyun's relationship with Ri Jin's twin brother, Oh Ri On, Park Seo Joon's role, for sure, everyone knows the number of iconic scenes they have as this pair takes bromance to the next level in the Korean drama industry.
4. An Min Hyuk and In Kook Do from "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon"
With a huge thanks to the lead character, Do Bong Soon (Park Bo-Young), the bromance scenes between these two rivals, An Min Hyuk (Park Hyung Sik) and In Kook Do (Ji Soo) has such good chemistry but a little bit of flare (with a few bottles of alcohol). Even though they will never be those so-called close friends in the show, these two rivals have accepted that the both of them will be included in Bong Soon's life and rely on each other for the best of her.
5. Kang Chul and Do Yoon, "W: Two Worlds"
In this webtoon based drama, the protagonist of the comic Kang Chul's (Lee Jong Suk) best friend, bodyguard and right hand, Seo Do Yoon (Lee Tae Hwan), is undoubtedly known to be a loyal man. There was never a chance that he questioned Kang Chul's credibility, even if the world has been framing him for the loss of his family. They have always been protecting each other, also if it means putting their lives on the line, and that is what we can say real friendship goals.
