The red carpet opened at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul hotel for the 56th Grand Bell Awards. Lee Hwi Jae and Han Hye Jin hosted the night with dazzle and grace.
Life goes on after a crisis, so does glamour and glitz as the stars parade on June 3, with special performances by Park Bom, Ock Joo Hyun, Paul Kim, and girl group 3YE. The 56th Grand Bell Awards nationally known as the Daejong Film Awards. The yearly awards ceremony arranged by the Motion Pictures Association of Korea. In recognition of impeccable performance in the film industry of South Korea.
The Grand Bell Awards presented excellent film creations at the start of 1962. Since then, the award-giving body is recognized around South Korea and comparable to the American Academy Awards.
Restrictions due to health and hygiene measures of South Korea are strictly implemented. The show was held privately with no audience to protect the guests, celebrities, and crew from the pandemic.
