"Into the Ring" revolves around a man and a woman who have utterly different personalities but have one common ground: they are both passionate about civil acts. Seo Gung Mung, who is portrayed by Park sung Hoon, is a cold, aloof, and handsome elite civil servant who is good at multi-tasking and can efficiently finish his job like eating a piece of cake.
His unapproachable and judgmental personality makes him gain more enemies than friends. Meanwhile, Goo Se Ra is a role portrayed by Nana. Goo Se Ra is a woman who grew up with little education and not much money. She is a bubbly woman and is a person that will not stay idle in the face of injustice.
Se Ra is also considered to be the Queen of Civil Complaints due to always helping random people with their complaints. When Seo Gung Mung and Goo Se Ra worked together to penalize corrupt politicians, they eventually developed feelings for each other.
At the beginning of the behind-the-scene clips, Park Sung Hoon and Nana discuss how they will shoot the scene where Nana is supposed to get all shy, creating a heart-racing scene between the two. Nana asks Park Sung Hoon to move closer so that she can be shy. Nana then requests Park Sung Hoon to move even closer, which surprises Park Sung Hoon. As Park Sung Hoon moves closer, Nana says she doesn't feel shy, which makes Park Sung Hoon move closer one more time. That's when Nana laughs and gets all shy.
After Park Sung Hoon thinks about what to do, he suddenly bends towards Nana, asking if he should do this. Nana then gets all shy, which satisfies Park Sung Hoon. With their teamwork, both actors has created a heart-fluttering scene that will surely shake the viewers' hearts.

In the next scene where they had to shoot outdoors, Park Sung Hoon and Nana decide to have a chin-up contest. Figuring how to do the game, Nana points out that the chin-ups will only count if Park Sung Hoon does it with only two fingers. With Nana's rules, Park Sung Hoon was able to do five chin-ups, which the crew applauds, leaving Park Sung Hoon all red in the face.

In the last scene, Park Sung Hoon and Nana sit on the bench and are getting ready to shoot a kissing scene. The director tells Park Sung Hoon to scoot over the edge of the bench. Nana also adorably scoots over towards Park Sung Hoon, which makes them both smile shyly. At the end of the scene, Park Sung Hoon and Nana agreed to give each other a small peck on the lips. After doing a few, they both laugh as Park Sung Hoon bends over in embarrassment.
