The highly anticipated second season of the hit drama "Forest of Secrets" share snippets of Bae Doona and Cho Seung Woo's reunion!
The first season of "Forest of Secrets" was about a cold prosecutor named Hwang Si Mok who teams up with a kind and compassionate police officer named Han Yeo Jin. Together, they solved an ongoing mystery and uncovered the crimes and corruption done by people in power. Hwang Si Mok was portrayed by actor Cho Seung Woo, while Han Yeo Jin was portrayed by actress Bae Doona.
The long-awaited second season of the drama shows the reunion of Hwang Si Mok and Han Yeo Jin. However, both of them meet with opposing circumstances involving the police and the Prosecutor's office, filling the drama with a lot more tension compared with the first season.
On the 12th of August, tvN shared stills from the second season featuring Hwang Si Mok and Han Yeo Jin's reunion after their last meeting in season one at a pojangmacha, which is an outdoor restaurant famous in Korea.
Police officer Han Yeo Jin is now working to support the main police headquarters through administrative work. She has now been given the job to help fight their right to investigate independently from the prosecution.
Hwang Si Mok, meanwhile, has completed his two-year contract at the branch office at Tongyeong and is now ready to transfer at his new job. Suddenly, he gets a call from the Prosecutor's office before he starts working at his new office. The call was from be Han Yeo Jin after she finds out that Hwang Si Mok was in Seoul.
After the call, Hwang Si Mok and Han Yeo Jin decided to meet up at a restaurant. Hwang Si Mok unsurprisingly holds an emotionless reaction after seeing Han Yeo Jin again, while Han Yeo Jin smiles brightly as she sees Hwang Si Mok as if she is used to his detached expressions.
Hwang Si Mok and Han Yeo Jin's reunion focused on the problem of the rights of the prosecution and the police offices.
