"Before. It was all for the show. It tickled. Then it started tasting good. And then I felt like I could breathe out better. I couldn't live without it. For about 17 years. Stinks. But I'll probably miss it, huh? That stink of cigarette in my hair at night. I'm quitting. Cough cough. Bye cigarettes. In 2020 (Yoo Ah In most likely meant to write '2021'), I'm gonna quit smoking and work out more diligently. I'm going to be healthy. I'm going to save myself through health. The first grand decision born out of a life filled with cigarette smoke!"

After his shocking revelation, it already made a buzz in the entire social media community. The fans were confused about his post's content, saying that he will quit smoking in 2020, which is only days left before welcoming 2021. He said:

"Earlier this morning, I threw out some bait for you all by declaring that I would quit smoking in the remaining 8 days of 2020. However, seeing everyone's unstable response to this confession and the excessive number of news articles that talked about my statement, I feel bad. I have been motivated to extend my decision to go smoke-free in 2021 and for life. Thank you so much to all of you who were so very mistaken to believe that I meant 2021 when I said 2020, and I will continue to remain in hiding while becoming a healthier person. I hope all of you guys can successfully quit smoking too!"

The actor said because of some news articles that he has read due to his recent post, he made it clear to the public that he will go smoke-free in 2021.
