After the school violence controversy of actor Ji Soo circulated online, his agency Keyeast Entertainment was quick to finally release an official statement regarding the issue pertaining to their artist.
On March 3, following all the issues of school violence, bullying, and sexual assault to actor Ji Soo, his agency and current drama production team already speak about what to do next with Ji Soo's work activities.
Keyeast Entertainment is Currently Investigating the Case of Their Artist Ji Soo
The agency stated "We are looking at this incident seriously and will do our utmost to know and verify the facts." They also ask for the netizens' understanding about the needing time to get all the facts regarding the issue. Keyeast also said that they are open to receiving reports through their email (rpt@keyeast.co.kr) about the allegations and collecting all the information without distorting anything.

If given the chance, Keyeast would like to directly hear the thoughts of the people behind the posts. They will be willing to know their stories. In addition to verifying the facts, the agency wrote to their statement that they will do their best to resolve the matter.
They also sincerely apologized for causing concern to many, especially to Ji Soo's fans. Before ending their official statement, Keyeast is also asking for the cooperation of each and everyone to avoid creating and posting things that have not been confirmed from the information that is being spread indiscreetly.
The Production Team of "River Where the Moon Rises" is Already in Talks to Respond to the Allegations
Meanwhile, on the same day, a representative from the KBS 2TV drama "River Where the Moon Rises" released an official statement regarding the controversy that one of their lead actors is currently facing. According to the representative "We are already in talks to respond to the allegations. Today happens to be the official day off for the station, and with that we will make a follow up with the decision after a thorough discussion regarding the issue starting tomorrow."
It has also been said that the series already finished shooting until the 18th episode out of 20, and it will be hard to re-shoot everything if Ji Soo is removed due to the current case.
Meanwhile, fans already show their continuous love and support for Ji Soo. They keep on commenting encouraging and kind words through the actor's official Instagram account. They are also waiting for the investigation to finish. Wishing that Ji Soo can overcome all the challenges that he's currently facing.
