The final cast lineup for the much-awaited film "Smugglers" has been made. Joining Kim Hye Soo and Yeom Jung Ah in the project are actors Jo In Sung and Park Jung Min.
Jo In Sung and Park Jung Min Officially Joined the Cast of Upcoming Ryu Seung Wan's Film "Smugglers"
In a previous report on March 5, "It's Okay, That's Love," actor Jo In Sung and "Reply1988" star Park Jung Min officially joined the lead cast of Ryu Seung Wan's upcoming movie "Smugglers." It also has been reported that the film production team is already coordinating the details with the newly joined cast.
The director of the said film, Ryu Seung Wan, already worked with Jo In Sung in his latest film, "Mogadishu," while this marks actor Park Jung Min's first collaboration with the director. "Smugglers" is a film that will tell the story of a dark and dangerous battle that revolves around smuggling.
"Hyena" star Kim Hye Soo and "SKY Castle" actress Yeom Jung Ah were the first two who confirmed their appearances in the new film project. Jo In Sung and Park Jung Min decided to accept the project because of their trust in director Ryu Seung Wan. The two actors are also expected to spice up the story alongside the two prominent actresses.
The upcoming film is already gaining attention both inside and outside the film industry because of the star-studded cast. And this will also be the first time that an actress who is in her fifties takes on the two-top protagonist in a Korean film. "Smugglers" is also a new kind of challenge for director Ryu Seung Wan, for he is about to work with various actors who are of different ages.

Actress Yeom Jung Ah was also confirmed to have a special appearance in the upcoming drama "Snowdrop" alongside BLACKPINK's Jisoo and actor Jung Hae In. Actor Park Jung Min is also gearing up for the new thrilling series "Hellbound," coming to Netflix this 2021.
Jo In Sung Will Be Returning with More Exciting Projects
Meanwhile, besides this film project, Jo In Sung is also in talks to star in a new webtoon-based series, "Moving" alongside "W" actress Han Hyo Joo and his real-life friend Cha Tae Hyun.
Currently, both the Korean heartthrob and "My Sassy Girl" actor launched their newest variety program, "Unexpected Business." After being on hiatus, the 39-year-old actor is gearing up for more projects this 2021, and all his fans can't wait for his return to the entertainment industry.
On the other hand, after the completion of the pre-production "Smugglers" team will start to film this coming June.
