K-drama fans were shocked upon learning that most of the episodes of the ongoing KBS drama "River Where the Moon Rises" needed to re-shoot in order to replace some scenes. But as per reports on March 7, the cast and crew of the Monday-Tuesday drama showed solid teamwork amid crisis.

"River Where the Moon Rises" Cast and Crew Proved Their Loyalty to the Drama
Due to the school violence and bullying controversies of actor Ji Soo, he departed from the drama and came up with a decision that the whole cast and crew of the series have to re-shoot the scenes again in order to give the best quality content to the viewers. They faced a critical situation, given that they already filmed 95% percent of the twenty-episodic series.
One of the representatives from the production team explained that they have no choice but to consider all the innocent victims, including the actors, staff, and the production crew. They also confirmed before that actor Na In Woo will be taking over the character of On Dal, proving that they really need to proceed in re-filming the series.
Lee Ji Hoon, Choi Yu Hwa, and Wang Bit Na Agreed to Re-Shoot the Drama Free of Charge
Fortunately, the act of camaraderie was seen in the cast of "River Where the Moon Rises." Lee Ji Hoon, Choi Yu Hwa, and Wang Bit Na agreed not to receive fees for re-doing the shoot. Wang Bit Na, who is currently portraying the role of Jin Bi, shared that she will not be charging any amount of money for the re-shoot due to her loyalty to the director and the executives of the production.
Lee Ji Hoon, who is starring as General Go Geon, also explained, "Now that we are still re-shooting lots of scenes, we decided not to receive any payment for it."
He continued, "I also want to help and cooperate with all the people behind this drama."
Choi Yu Hwa also agreed to re-shoot the scenes free of charge.
This unexpected act of the actors set the viewers in awe and earned their respect. The loyalty, determination, and passion of these artists can't be replaced by any material things.

Na In Woo is expected to appear in "River Where the Moon Rises" episode 7, to air on March 8 at 9:30 p.m (KST). He was supposed to make his entrance at episode 9, but to give a better quality content and to have a concrete and strong plot, the director and production staff decided to make Na In Woo appear in episode 7.
Now that the cast are all set, many are already anticipating the new and fresh episodes of the drama.
