Kwon Nara's agency A-Man Project has finally confirmed that the actress will join in tvN's upcoming fantasy drama "Bulgasal". She will star as the protagonist in the series.
Kwon Nara's Unique Character in 'Bulgasal'
"Bulgasal" will tell the story of two immortals Dan Hwal, (played by Lee Jin Wook) and Min Sang Woon (played by Kwon Nara). Dan Hwal was human six hundred years ago, but while he was on a mission as a military officer to erase the remnants of the previous dynasty, he became an immortal.
On the other hand, Min Sang Woon, who was formerly an immortal, was reincarnated as a human. After a very unfortunate event that was tragic, she decided to change her name and her whole identity. She lives secretly with a plan to take her revenge on those who did her harm at the same to protect her family.
This upcoming series will be helmed by Director Jang Young Woo. Among his series is tvN's "In Need of Romance 2012", "In Need of Romance 3," and Entourage. Furthermore, he co-directed "Mr. Sunshine" and "Sweet Home."
Kwon Nara, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Joon, Gong Seung Yeon be together in one series have surely made fans anticipate and have been receiving high expectations.
The actress has been leveling up her prowess as an actress for every project she has been into. Her upcoming drama "Bulgasal" will be something new for her. Surely fans can hardly wait as to what the promising actress will bring to the table.
Particularly, her role as a woman who was reincarnated yet remembers her past life will be a challenging role for her. She ended her statement by saying she will do her best with all her heart.
