Contrary to her bratty role in the hit K-Drama, "Penthouse," Ji Jin Hee is revealed to be an A+ student in real life!
Jin Ji Hee, the young actress who played one of the roles of "Penthouse" elites, Jenny, sat down in an interview with the Korean news outlet Newsen and revealed some stories about her personal life and career.In a related interview, Ji Hee also revealed her drama anticipation for Season 3.
Jin Ji Hee Revealed to be an A+ Student in Actual Life
The child actress Ji Hee who stamped her acting career in notable dramas, including SBS's "Alone in Love" in 2006, is also the young star who shared her extraordinary presence with the MBC sitcom "High Kick Through the Roof."
In 2020 then, she rose into popularity after playing the role of Jenny for the mega-hit drama "Penthouse," a student who strived to be on top of her school for her mother, even if she has to betray her friends.
However, contrary to her role, Ji Hee's previous appearance in tvN's "Problematic Man" last 2019 drew attention once again, as it was revealed that she's actually a top student--- in real life!
In particular, when she entered the Department of Theater and Film at Dongguk University in 2018, her over-top report card, plastered with 4.44 GPA and A+ ratings, amazed the viewers.
When asked about her report card in a recent interview, Jin said, "At that time, I said to myself, 'I think I can do this straight A's once but let's do it one more.'" and eventually became a top student.
She added, "I can't concentrate on just one thing. Acting and studying at the same time are really hard and stressful, but it increases my concentration and efficiency. It then became my own habit from a young age."
As the interview went on, Ji Hee explained that as she was exposed to the industry at a young age, she must be familiar to the viewers for appearing on various shows; thus, she wants to be a good role model.
However, it eventually becomes her life goal to live righteously. That's why she's doing her best both in acting and studying.

Jin Ji Hee Wishes for a Campus Romance for Her Role Jenny in "Penthouse" 3
In a related interview, the young actress expressed her wishes for her role, Jenny, in "Penthouse" Season 3 as well.
Ji Hee conveyed her desire for her role to stop crying and become mature yet lively. She added that if it is possible, she wants to see Jenny dating in Season 3 or having a campus romance.
Nevertheless, fans can only hope for it as of now, as the actress revealed she hasn't received the script for the drama's third season yet.
Lastly, Ji Hee also expressed her aspirations as an actress, saying, "I hope I can be an actress who can relate well with people. My feelings of acting are important, but actors are seen through the "cathode ray tube." Whether it's a pleasure to see me or a sad thing, I hope I can become an actress who thinks and feels like, "I felt that way, but I really feel touched."
