Park In Hwan and Song Kang's drama sent the viewers into a frenzy with its tear-jerking scenes between Lee Chae Rok and Sim Deok Chul's bromance.

"Navillera" episode 12 begins with Choi Hae Nam (Na Moon Hee) being devastated after Sim Deok Chul (Park In Hwan) woke up without his memory and didn't even recognize his wife and his youngest son, Sim Seong Gwan (Jo Bok Rae).

With his current state, both are worried that this might affect his ballet performance. So to help him jog his memory, Hae-nam took his husband to the ballet studio believing that this would help him remember things.

At the studio, he remembered that he used to do ballet but failed to recall everything else.

Interestingly, he touched a ballet bar and remembered Lee Chae Rok (Song Kang) teaching him basic moves.

Seong-gwan immediately grabs his video cam and shows his father footage of him and the 23-year-old doing ballet. Upon watching the clips, he suddenly remembered Choi Hae Nam and his son.

Despite recalling his family, Mr. Sim won't remember his choreography for the gala performance, making the two worried.

Sim Deok Chul Drops from the Gala Performance

Mr. Sim had to tell Chae Rok and Ki Seung Joo (Kim Tae Hoon) about the situation. Mr. Ki was surprised upon learning that he has Alzheimer's all this time.

He then apologized and chose to drop from the gala given that he won't recall his choreography.

However, Chase Rok insisted that the 70-year-old should perform beside him and explained that the mind might forget, but the body could still remember.

Sim Deok Chul Soars on Stage

At the auditorium, Sims' family starts to arrive to show their support to Deok Chul.

Meanwhile, in the dressing room, the 70-year-old ballerino is all prepped for his big performance. Chae Rok comes with a special gift to Mr. Sim -it's a ballet shoe with a note that says "the man who will soar, Sim Deok Chul."

"Navillera" episode 12 hits an emotional part showing a stunning Swan Lake performance by Chae Rok and Deok Chul.

As the duo gets to the stage, Mr. Sim froze, but the 23-year-old continued to dance since he knew that his choreography might bring back his memory.

Surprisingly, Deok Chul remembers his moments with his dance coach and shows flashbacks of them dancing at the studio.

Mr. Sim starts to remember his ballet moves and owned the stage with his heart-stopping performance.

Lee Chae Rok Returns to Korea

For the last time, Sim Deok Chul insisted on seeing Lee Chae Rok before he flew abroad to study ballet.

This is another emotional scene between the two as Mr. Sim followed Chae Rok and mentioned that he wanted to see him, so he won't forget his face.

Three years later, Chae Rok, now a top ballerino and the pride of South Korea, visited the 70-year-old.

Mr. Sim saw him at a distance and asked him, "Did you soar?" to which he replied with a nod as the duo smiled at each other.
